After years of getting injured, seeing practitioners who didn't understand my body, and finding that traditional treatments often made my joints feel worse, I realized something: hypermobile bodies need a different approach.
I never planned on specializing in hypermobility. But after leaving commercial fitness, I was flooded with people looking for help with the same problems I'd experienced. That's when I realized there was a huge gap. There weren't many practical solutions for hypermobile people, and most trainers and even many physios simply weren't taught how to work with hypermobile bodies.
So I made it my mission to change that.
For the past 7+ years, I've dedicated my career to bridging the gap between rehab and strength training. I help people with hypermobility, chronic pain, and complex injuries learn how to actually rebuild their bodies, not by avoiding movement, but by using the right kind of movement.
My goal isn't just to help you hurt less. It's to help you become stronger, more resilient, and confident in what your body is capable of, so you can find freedom through fitness.

This is rehab-informed strength coaching. We build control and stability first, while correcting movement imbalances, then load on top of it, in a way your body can tolerate and keep progressing from. The goal isn't just to hurt less. Full body mobility and stability assessment. We look at your pain, your patterns, whats worked and what hasn’t, and what’s holding you back.

You get programming built for your body
I build your program based on your goals, history, and intake, delivered through TrueCoach with videos, cues and load prescription for every movement. Using a combination of corrective exercise and strength training, we work to reduce pain, build resilience, and help prevent future injuries

We adjust as your body responds
Regular check-ins and ongoing support means that your program moves with you, not against you. Flares get addressed, and progress keeps going
