Hi, I’m Courtney Parson.

I’m a Personal Trainer and Fascial Stretch Therapist with 7 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay out of pain.

I specialize in training with a strong emphasis on health, longevity & pain free movement , with a focus on hypermobility, rehab-informed training, and functional performance. My approach blends intelligent strength training with mobility and stability work so clients don’t just feel better temporarily—they build resilience that lasts.

I primarily work with people who:

  • Train with hypermobility

  • Deal with chronic pain, recurring injuries, or discomfort

  • Want to improve stability, posture, flexibility, and strength

  • Care about long-term performance and joint health

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including those with chronic medical conditions and injuries, as well as athletes such as runners, football and rugby players, gymnasts, dancers, and figure skaters.

My goal is simple:
help you move confidently, train safely, and perform at your best—without pain holding you back.

My Approach

Your body isn’t a problem to fix — it’s something to understand, support, and strengthen.

No cookie-cutter plans — every program is tailored to you.

I started my career as a trainer in commercial fitness, won many awards, including Top Personal Trainer in the Company (2023), and started Training With Courtney in August 2024 to better serve my clients and continue to evolve my coaching business.

Throughout my career I dealt with many injuries, saw lots of physios who couldn’t figure out my injuries, got diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and learned a lot about how differently hypermobile bodies move and respond to training and have different training requirements than non hypermobile joints.

Now I work with a lot of EDS/Hypermobile clients and people with injuries or chronic pain to help reduce pain, get back to doing things they love, feel stronger and more competent in their bodies with rehab-aware strength training.

When I'm not working I enjoy hanging out with my Aussie, Trooper, lifting weights, running, cycling and being outdoors as much as possible.

I love learning and taking courses. I have taken many fitness courses, and I love to read books and listen to podcasts.
