I had a C-Section delivery and Courtney was amazing at knowing what my abdomen could handle and slowly strengthening it until I was able to do a full abdomen workout. “Training with Courtney has been a literal life changer for me. When I first met her I had so much pain in my knees walking up stairs was a challenge. I had recently been diagnosed with arthritis and at such a young age I knew I had to make a real effort to get my health in order. “Courtney is the best. She not only helped me to get in shape, but into the right shape. I’ve had other trainers before, and of course got slim and muscular. But they dont even compare to Courtney. She started working with me to fix aspects of my body that I didn’t even know I could fix (like my anterior pelvic tilt, for example). She also enthusiastically reached out to my nutritionist, and my physiotherapist (about weird voodoo things like “fascia” and “axial torsion”) to develop an entire fitness plan tailored to me. My body became stronger and more fit, but it also started pulling itself into the right shape. My back was straightening, my shoulders became square, my hunch disappearing, all things that honestly mattered to me so much more than just “getting fit”, but things I didn’t realize were possible until Courtney started working on me.
