Online Training

Thoughtful training. Built for your body — not the algorithm.

Online coaching with me isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing the right things, at the right time, for your body.

If you’ve tried programs before and thought
“this should work… but it doesn’t feel right,”
this is probably what you’ve been missing.

This is not a template program

Your training plan is only one piece of the puzzle.

Real progress comes from:

  • understanding how your body responds to load

  • adjusting training based on symptoms, stress, and real life

  • progressing intelligently instead of starting over every few weeks

Online coaching is a process, not a PDF.

Who this is for

You’ll fit well here if you:

  • are a runner, lifter, or active human who wants to stay that way

  • deal with recurring aches, flare-ups, or “something always feels off”

  • struggle to feel the ‘right’ muscles, muscle imbalances or have pain with certain movements

  • have a history of hypermobility, injuries, or inconsistent progress

  • want structure without rigidity

  • value clarity, communication, and long-term results

  • you know you need to strength train to progress, reduce pain or prevent injuries, but don’t know where to start

You don’t need to be perfect.
You do need to be honest about your body and your capacity.

How my coaching approach works

Step 1: Understand your body

Before we train, I look at:

  • injury history and symptom patterns

  • what movements aggravate or relieve symptoms

  • training volume, recovery, and stress load

  • what you’ve already tried (and why it didn’t stick)

This context matters more than any single exercise.

Step 2: Restore tolerance and control

Your program is designed to:

  • improve joint stability, control and positional strength

  • strengthen under-utilized muscles, and lengthen over-utilized muscles to prevent pain & injury

  • gradually expose tissues to load they can tolerate

  • reduce threat and fear around movement

  • reintroduce patterns you’ve been avoiding

Progress is guided by response, not ego.

Step 3: Build resilient strength

Once symptoms are stable, we:

  • layer strength on top of better mechanics

  • increase complexity and load strategically

  • return you to the activities you care about

The end goal is not endless rehab —
it’s confident, capable training.

What you’ll receive:

  • Individualized onboarding

    • A thorough intake and assessment so your training is built around:

    • your pain patterns

    • your movement tendencies

    • your real life and schedule

    • No templates. No assumptions.

  • Personalized, evolving programming

    • Strength and capacity work tailored to your needs

    • Regular updates based on how your body responds

    • Adjustments when symptoms, stress, or life change

    • Your plan evolves as you do.

  • Ongoing coaching support

Depending on your coaching level, you’ll receive:

    • check-ins to discuss symptoms and response to training

    • guidance on when to push vs. when to pull back

    • reassurance and clarity when things feel uncertain

This is often the missing piece for people stuck in pain cycles.

  • Direct access when your body needs it

Rehab-focused training often comes with uncertainty:

“Is this normal soreness or something I should adjust?”
“Do I skip this movement today?”
“Should I back off, or keep going?”

With coached options, you’ll have access to a 1:1 text thread to talk through those moments as they come up.

This allows us to:

  • respond to symptoms early

  • prevent small issues from becoming setbacks

  • make smart adjustments in real time

  • build confidence around movement again

This layer of support is often what helps people finally break the pain → stop → restart cycle.

How to get started

Do I need access to a gym?
No. I can program for a full gym, home setup, or minimal equipment.

Can you work around injuries or pain?
Yes. Training is designed to build capacity, not push through symptoms.

How often will my program change?
As often as it needs to. Most clients see weekly adjustments.

Is this good if I’m busy?
That’s exactly who this works best for. We train the body you have inside the life you’re actually living.
